CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking, a $20 non-refundable deposit will be required that goes towards your service. Deposit can be transferred if you reschedule prior to 24 hours. Same day cancellations will require a new deposit to book again. No shows will be charged 50% of the missed services after 15 min grace period. If i need to cancel for any reason your deposit will be refunded. I do not work over other peoples work so please come to your appointment with bare nails if you need a soak off please add that when booking. Anything over 3 weeks is considered a fill No deposit = No appointment
